This License Agreement ("Agreement") is established between yourself and Icoon.co ("Provider"), concerning your use of the digital resources ("icons, images, and design assets") available on the Icoon.co platform. By accessing or utilizing these Assets, you consent to adhere to the terms outlined in this Agreement.

Icoon.co offers two categories: Freebies and Pro access. Download Freebies at no cost. With Pro access, you get all icons, images, and design assets with a one-time payment.
Permission Agreement
Icoon.co grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the icons, images, and design assets in accordance with this agreement.
Allowed Applications
You may use the Icoon.co design assets, images, and icons for personal and commercial projects. You can modify them and use them in any media format.
Restrictions
Distributing, selling, or sharing the Assets, icons, and images separately or in a way that rivals Icoon.co.
Utilizing the Assets to cast Icoon.co or its offerings in an unfavorable light.
Offering the Assets for sale individually without substantial alterations.
Ownership and Copyright
All design assets and images are the intellectual property of Icoon.co. This agreement does not transfer ownership rights; copyrights and trademarks remain with Icoon.co.
Acquiring a license lets you use it under certain terms, but it does not change who holds the ownership rights.
Unauthorized Distribution
Using or redistributing Icoon.co without a license is prohibited and will lead to legal proceedings. Each unauthorized distribution is considered a lost sale, with liability calculated at the present sale price per occurrence.
Conclusion
This Agreement remains valid until it is revoked. Icoon.co reserves the right to revoke this Agreement should you violate any terms. Once terminated, you are required to stop using and permanently delete all copies of the Assets.
Restriction on Responsibility
Icoon.co shall not be held accountable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from the use of the Assets or the inability to utilize them.
Refund Policy
Icoon.co purchases cannot be returned or refunded, regardless of the situation. This includes choices like having second thoughts.
No refunds are available for purchases. Customers are strongly encouraged to preview the Assets, Collections to ensure it meets their needs before buying.
